Offcanvas Section

You can publish whatever you want in the Offcanvas Section. It can be any module or particle.

By default, the available module positions are offcanvas-a and offcanvas-b but you can add as many module positions as you want from the Layout Manager.

You can also add the hidden-phone module class suffix to your modules so they do not appear in the Offcanvas Section when the site is loaded on a mobile device.

The Marketing → Abandoned / Live carts section contains the lists of products that your store visitors added to their carts and wishlists but didn’t purchase for some reason. When registered customers leave the website and return later, the products that were in their carts will be readded to their carts automatically.

Each storefront tracks visitors’ carts separately.

View the carts with products that haven't been purchased.

Even if a customer isn’t registered, the data of a cart is saved. In that case the customer is listed as Unregistered customer. If an unregistered customer enters the name, email, and phone number at checkout and proceeds to the next step, that data will be saved and displayed on the Abandoned / Live carts page as well.
