Batman Automobilia faithfully recreates the legendary Batmobile seen in the 1989 Batman movie. In Batman's first trip to the big screen since 1966, he faced a dark Gotham City, overrun with crime and on the verge of seeing the rise of his first costumed criminal - the Joker. The Batmobile designed for this darker version of the Caped Crusader was unlike anything seen before. Gone are the familiar "bat" features and weird gadgets - in their place was a wheeled jet engine.
