An easy flatter printed tunic dress with round neck, short sleeves, side seam pockets. The front piece is sewn to the neck line and shoulder then let it hanging down to the side seam, look like a wing. This will create a flutter while you are moving. Terrific with long skirts, pants, leggings or alone as a flirty summer dress.
