The Batman Automobilia Collection is proud to present a stylish ride the 1950s car that debuted in Detective Comics #156 (January 1950) in a story entitled “The Batmobile of 1950”.

The 1950s saw the introduction of one of the most futuristic Batmobiles to date, a car filled with high-tech accessories to help Batman and Robin in their fight against crime. It was a car year ahead of its time. This die-cast model Batmobile captures the stylish filled high tech car with its bubble shaped windscreen that was toughened, shatterproof glass windscreen and it’s iconic radar antennae in rear tail fin to provide entry from above.

This incredible 1:43 Batmobile scale comes complete with a 12-page magazine capturing the technology that made this Batmobile ahead of its time and what made the year 1950 an epic year for the Dark Knight.
