When an earthquake levelled Gotham City and cut it off from the rest of the country the traumatised populace was left to fend for itself. Batman did all he could to help the survivors, patrolling the rubble-strewn streets in this all-terrain, military-style Batmobile. The new vehicle was a powerful symbol that justice and the rule of law still reigned in Gotham City.
